Feature Request: Send additional email when verified

I think it may be a good idea to send a 'Your account is now verified' email once the user verifies.

Hi @andrewlimaza When Admin Approves a User from Backend, via wp_mail, I have setup Email Confirmation to be send to the user as well as send Admin a copy that your Account has been verified successfully. Please find the code at https://gist.github.com/Basarqari/cad25f14b8337a950eec3e1a91a6c381
