Format to display in columns (like Billing fields)

Right now, the Mailing fields appear stacked.

Describe the solution you'd like
2 columns like Billing fields.

I think it's necessary to make a consideration for the mailing address checkbox, as it does not always show, but if I manually use CSS to make columns, it becomes the first field and messes up the alignment.
