override default Authenticator of Cassandra to PasswordAuthenticator #412

Hello Team,
by default cassandra.yaml is defaulted to AllowAllAuthenticator, but we need to make it authenticator: PasswordAuthenticator and authorizer: CassandraAuthorizer in elassandra docker image. any one customised so far ?
