[bug]: No scrollbar in locale dropdown

What version of design-system are you using?

Strapi: 5.12.4

What's Wrong?

When strapi has more than 4 locales (internalization), the drop down shows only 4 items without any scrollbar. It's very difficult to recognize that all locales are displayed below.

I spent almost 2 days to identify that i have to scroll in the dropdown as there was no scroll bar displayed.

To Reproduce

• Add more than 5 locales in Internalization.
• Go to any content type
• Click on locale "English (en)". It will open the list of configured locales.
• Only 4 locales are displayed without scrollbar.

Expected Behaviour

When drop down of locale is displayed, display the scrollbar if locales are more than 4.
