Update version number to 6.5.0-beta.1

6.5.0 will be the public release of Inkeep-based chat &amp; search.
In the meantime we're on 6.2.x for now, and 6.3.x / 6.4.x will be used for other improvements such as the sidebar revamp for the Configurations, Development, and TypeScript sections
