[BUG] Q_agent crashes when task_config.yaml is not provided #47
Description
Describe the bug
When the q agent is started it reads 'args.env_conf' and logs it to mlflow. If the argument is not provided, the code crashes
To Reproduce
- run q_agent with non-existent env_conf
Expected behaviour
Gracefuly catching the exception and loggin it
