Improve the agent installation process documentation

Right now, the installation documentation is misleading because it says to create a new Python environment for the agents. However, the agents require Coordinator components from the NetSecGame, and therefore, it may be better if they share the same environment.

The overlap between the agents and the env is mainly the game components and few other thigns. Perhaps we need a separation of the packages in aidojo-core, aidojo-coordinator?
