Better handling of core module failures #1744
Description
This issue is because in an intance of slips inside a container, the input and profiler exceeded memory limits and were killed by the OOM, while the main and other modules kept running waiting for flows.
- Modules should send a regular heartbeat to the main
- when profiler or input aren't responsive, slips should print a warning and stop
