"Full Access" mode switches back to "Workspace", tasks hanging

I have a couple of tasks and I started them in "Workspace" mode. I then realized that it can't push to github with those permissions so I switched to "Full Access".

Now I'm facing 2 issues:

• "Full Access" keeps switching back to "Workspace" mode on one of the tasks (see video)
• None of these tasks seem to be doing anything; I send "try again" prompt to codex via crystal and it just hangs there with no way (?) to debug (see screenshot)
