refactor: Remove .prettierrc (unused) (#3289)

This pull request removes the unused `.prettierrc` configuration file,
which previously specified code formatting rules for tab width and
semicolon usage.

### Changes

* Deleted `.prettierrc`, removing custom Prettier settings for
`tabWidth` and `semi`.
