[Privacy] Is time data shared and, if so, how?

Hi,
Just a quick question about the privacy of the app -- didn't find the answer in the privacy policy.
I choose not to upload my changes automatically; this means that a bunch of them are uploaded at once. My reason for doing that is to avoid giving an indication of where I was at a specific time.
The first question is therefore: is a timestamp provided for changed? I would assume so, since that allows a timing of the information and, as a result, to schedule updates.
However, if indeed there is a timestamp, is it the moment I answer a question or the moment the data is uploaded? If the former, then uploading in bulk seems pointless, as this would still allowing pinpointing my location -- however, that level of precision does not seem necessary. If the latter, then there is indeed a point to uploading in bulk after a little while, since this would just say that I was at all these locations in the recent past.
Of course, the point is not to wait for days or weeks, but just to be slightly less precise, for the sake of privacy.

The time at which you upload the changes is of course publicly visible.

For survey there is either no date or for some quests that add check_date/check_date:surface/check_date:opening_hours/... the date (year-month-day, no hour:minute) you answered the quest.

Well, the in-app privacy policy does currently say "Any changes you make (and their date and location) are attributed to your OSM user account and publicly visible [...] this reveals where and when you have used the app".

Note that in-app privacy policy tries to be simple - to convey the meaning, while being short and simple so it still can actually be read by mere humans and especially OSM newbies (contrary to common dozens of pages long legalese trying to cover every fine detail).

If you have specific questions requiring longer answers which are not explained in enough detail, perhaps they could be lined out in SC FAQ (also linked to from the app)?

Thanks @mnalis and point taken: the order of the responses is kept and that can have an impact on privacy. In my case, I feel like if I do a bunch of quests and just upload the next day, it is acceptable for me.
