In the Buildings overlay, buildings with a name tag are hidden

I don't understand why buildings with a name tag can't be edited in the overlay, even though information that would normally be requested in the overlay is missing. They are displayed in gray and not in color like the rest. Is there a reason for this, or is it a malfunction?

it seems to be caused rather by amenity= tagged on building

see also #5506 that if implemented maybe will be combined with lifting this restriction (amenity= tagged on building is basically implying building:use)

Thanks for your hint...it could of course be an amenity...but I'm just a user, not a programmer ;-)
