Tooltip x-axis misalignment after updating date range

Description

When additional lines are added to the plot and the date range is then updated, the tooltip does not align correctly with the x-axis values. However, if the date range remains unchanged, the tooltip is positioned correctly.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. add additional lines to the plot
2. update the date range
3. hover over datapoint
4. observe tooltip is misaligned with the x-axis position
