Multiple dictionaries use unreadable .trie format instead of .txt

Problem

The following dictionaries use .trie binary format and cannot be read as plain text files:

• en_US/en_US.trie
• en_GB/en_GB.trie
• en_GB-MIT/en_GB.trie
• en_GB-legacy/dict/en_GB-legacy.trie
• en_AU/en_AU.trie
• en_CA/en_CA.trie
• en_GB-ise/en_GB.trie
• scientific_terms_GB/dict/scientific-terms-gb.trie

Expected

Plain text .txt format, like other dictionaries (e.g. ruby.txt, cpp-refined.txt).
