Word suggestions preserving case

I noticed that when viewing the suggestions made through the cspell vscode extension, it preserves the casing of the typo (for example, suggesting "Basically" for "Basiclly"). But the suggestions array given with issues from the lint function would suggest "basically" (all lower case). Is there any way I can emulate the preserving case behavior? Would love this for my CLI :)
