Is it possible to config caseSensitive per patterns ?

Hello, i was wondering if it's possible to configure caseSensitive with pattern ?

In my case, i'm french so we don't use accents in variable, ids etc... for encoding reasons but we would in comments.

So i was wondering if there is a way to enable caseSensitive in comments and disable it for everything else.
