Notes don't seem to sync -- Testing Server Endpoints in app all pass

Using v3.1.1 on both desktop and mobile.
Server tests pass when testing the connection in app, though notes don't seem to sync

Server logs show the following:

fail: Microsoft.AspNetCore.SignalR.HubConnectionHandler[1]

      Error when dispatching 'OnConnectedAsync' on hub.

      Microsoft.AspNetCore.SignalR.HubException: Invalid token.

Any pointers on how to resolve?
