Table of Contents does not display proper section of document

What happened?

TOC does not reflect what is currently on screen. Please see screenshot.

My system:
App version: 3.3.8-406c637-desktop
OS: Linux 64-bit
Browser: Electron 37.6.1
Plan: Pro (legacy)

Steps to reproduce the problem

Create a long document with multiple Headings and sub-Headings and Callouts.

The part of the document that is displayed on screen does not match what is shown in the TOC.
