Ensure `SignatureKey` setting works

- Currently, `~sign` is hardcoded because of the RegEx on https://github.com/stretchrcom/signature/blob/master/signing.go#L20

So users who want to use something other than the `~sign` parameter, cannot just easily change the `SignatureKey` setting.
