Anonymity when typing issues improvement #596

As a user,
I want to have a general typing UI (not specific to an individual typer),
So that I stay anonymous when I alone am typing and an issue makes it onto the board
By Way Of Explanation: As a user, when most folks are winding down entering issues in at the beginning of retro, when I type, my typing dots bouncing UI indicates it's me who submitted the latest issue. I dislike this because it doesn't keep anonymity. The Slack "many people are typing" UI or some general typing UI showing that 1+ people are typing would be an improvement IMO.
Huge fan of this project btw, have been using it for years at multiple companies, and just introduced it to my current company.
Acceptance Criteria:
- No more individual typing notification UI, instead one general one.
