How to add to topic list for KafkaUser

In the following yaml file, it will create User dlake-topic. In this example, dlake-topic has permission for access topic dlake-topic. If dlake-user has a permission to access multiple topics, could I add a topic list? such as, name: dlake-topic1, dlake-topic2, dlake-topic3

No, you cannot. You either have to use the prefix pattern or you can just repeat the whole block many times.

Suppose I have 3 topics - dlake-topic1, dlake-topic2, dlake-topic3, could you please show an example how to achieve it with prefix pattern ?

You specify patternType as prefix and name as the prefix your topics have. I think there will be some example in the documentation.
