Switch in a controlled way in an active/passive setup with no impact on producers/consumers

Are there any best practices on setting-up a Disaster & Recovery for Strimzi?
The goal is to have minimal impact on the consumers/producers & connect cluster(during a DR ).

With the next setup.
ClusterA, ClusterB, mirror maker 2.7, producer/consumers and connect cluster running. All my solution lead to configuring the new bootstrap.servers and redeployment.
