Suggested configuration of Strimzi KAFKA

Hi, as a best practice what kafka config does strmzi suggest in a Regional (two zone separated and three zone separated Datacenter) public cloud deployment.

I am looking for some proven , tested configuration, in terms of number of ZK, Brokers , Topic config etc. Also if you could share any test which was done to prove the DR capability on such a configuration?
