Patch release for 0.14.0/compatibility with mingw?

Hello, I am trying to package libstrophe for the Julia language. However, the last release (0.14.0) will not compile on windows platforms because 79066d7 has only been introduced later.

Would you consider releasing a patch version including this commit to allow Julia users on Windows platform to use the library?

After some more testing, I realize that the task might be more complicated than I anticipated. The BinaryBuilder package that is used in Julia to provide external libraries compiles using mingw. However, it seems I am not able to cross-compile for windows using this compiler at this time. For the record, I am now compiling with the following script, in an attempt to make the library compatible with mingw:

but I am ending up with a legion of multiply defined symbols, which tells me that I am doing something wrong. (example of the error that is being reported):

[16:32:58] src/.libs/libstrophe_la-conn.o:conn.c:(.text+0x86): multiple definition of `NtCurrentTeb'
[16:32:58] src/.libs/libstrophe_la-auth.o:auth.c:(.text+0x4a): first defined here

For now I will exclude Windows platform from the ported library, but might try to fix this later. Any help is welcome :)
