Fix filter_regression_diff.py. Added more specific filters to pg-tests:

insert, insert_conflict, psql, explain, groupingsets, merge, equivclass,
domain, rowtypes, partition_prune, memoize, select, subselect, with,
copy2, window.

Fixed diff calculation when added and removed batches have same lines.
