A C4 system containing an object within it and with a name exceeding appromimatly 27 characters should display reduced font size and/or its name split across multiple lines.

Actual

A C4 system containing an object within it and with a name exceeding appromimatly 27 characters does not display reduced font size and/or its name split across multiple lines.

Steps to reproduce

Create a system with a name exeeding ~27 using - as wod separators
