Pull down on the file browser table view to refresh the current folder contents, instead of having to go back and into the folder again

While this was attempted in #55d39d7, it was reverted in #0fd2e72 as it caused too many problems. On the second call of the HAPi getFolder function, no JSON would be returned, and the loading spinners would display indefinitely
