Bug: Login Textboxes Don't Scroll After Login Attempt #3

When the keyboard appears, the login textboxes container is made scrollable so that the user can still access them if the keyboard covers it. When a logon attempt has been made, the fields are no longer scrollable.
This may be related to the URL regex check, as with this removed the problem does not seem to appear
Steps to Reproduce Bug:
Click on and fill in all or some of the login view textboxes with invalid data. Perform a logon attempt, then try to scroll the textboxes again once the attempt fails
Expected Result:
The textboxes are still scrollable when the keyboard is shown
Actual Result:
The scrolling ability of the textboxes stops
