Would be nice to tell GPT to respond in a given language.

Can you provide a pull request? Would require an addition to the options and a change to the setup prompt. Please experiment with some prompts as well so you can guide us what to do if you would not have the engineering capacity.

If the prompt is user-configurable, they can request the model to respond in a different language (or write the prompt in a different language)
