I have a question and there probably a basic answer, or not. I installed slappey multiple ways using NPM install -g using powershell and so on and everything says it installs fine but whenever I go to use slappey in CMD or powershell I get 'slappy' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Ive tried everything to solve it editing my path system wide and user wide and nothing fixes it.

Update: The original PR #8023 was auto-closed by the repo bot after a dirty rebase. Recreated as #20135 with a clean branch and identical changes.

Also addressed all 5 Greptile review comments in the latest push (heredoc bypass fix, scoped npm/yarn patterns, dead code removal, schema consistency fix, import cleanup).
