[Feature Request] Block/mute user

With the todays surge of d1ckpicks in the feed it would be really nice to have an ability to mute or block certain users.

P.S. Great client, where to should I send sats?

+1, got hit with some NSFW content and would rather not have to deal with that sort of thing on my site.
