Moving wall boundary condition in SU2: (Support Required)

Hi team,

I would to use SU2 for aerodynamic simulation of ground effect wing.
Could you please point me to the direction where I can see further details to use moving wall boundary condition in SU2.

I can't find the configuration file (.cfg) In the folder "TestCases/moving_wall/cavity".
It would be very helpful, it anyone share the configuration file for the above cavity test case.
