Simple Aeroelastic Airfoil Script

I wrote a simple python script that creates the necessary .cfg files for a 2D aeroelastic airfoil simulation and makes calls to SU2. It also includes a method to compute the damping coefficient. I hope this would be useful for anyone concerned.
