Missing file

A file is missing in 7.3.0, and compilation breaks:

Hi,
It looks like you are using the old build system. Meson downloads that dependency automatically.
Is there a particular reason why you are still using the old preconfigure.py && make process?

I try to maintain this. Until recent times it was not that hard. My machine has Internet access and of course able to connect to Github. The package is built in a clean chroot acquiring all necessary dependencies.

@antoscha are you doing meson ... or ./meson.py ... ? The former will not work you need to use the meson.py script that ships with SU2.

It is not an error, you need to use the meson.py script in the root of the code, not the system version of meson.

@antoscha if you want try since today, the AUR package has been updated to work with the meson.py build script.
