Is there any example for 3D fluid problem?

I want to solve a 3D fluid problem, and I wonder is there any example?

I want to simulate the pressure in vessel when the blood flow through it. I cannot find an example in Tutorials/incompressible_flow for a 3D problem.

Moreover, how to solve the problem: the fluid and elastokinetics coupling problem. It means the vessel is deformable when it under pressue.

Hope there is some example.

Any suggestion is appreciated~~~
