simulating an infinite wing

hello all, I'm trying to simulate a compressible infinite swept wing (2.5D) and to do so in need to apply periodic BC.

The only periodic marker I could find was the MARKER_PERIODIC and that is for incompressible flows, is there a way to apply periodic BC to compressible flows, with no pressure drop?

You are probably looking for MARKER_PERIODIC:
% Periodic boundary marker(s) (NONE = no marker)
% Format: ( periodic marker, donor marker, rotation_center_x, rotation_center_y,
% rotation_center_z, rotation_angle_x-axis, rotation_angle_y-axis,
% rotation_angle_z-axis, translation_x, translation_y, translation_z, ... )
MARKER_PERIODIC= ( NONE )
