Change the angle of attack and sideslip dynamically

Hello,

I am trying to compute dynamic derivatives (alpha, beta, alphadot, betadot) and for this i believe i need to modify the angle of attack and sideslip in time with the equation alpha(t) = A * sin(wt): I want an oscillatory motion of the aircraft ! I was wondering if any of you already worked on such a project and what are the modifications that I will need to do ?
