* Created new branch for partially premixed flamelet test cases

* Replaced table with smaller version

* Added partally premixed methane test case files

* Updated file entries according to controlling variable names

* Changed restart entries to comply with controlling variable names

* Replaced controlling variable names in restart files according to FGM controlling variable names

* Updated solution file of partially premixed flamelet case according to density calculation bug fix

* Included only coordinates and solution in restart file

* Added mesh, solution, and manifold files for hydrogen burner test case

* Updated solution file according to new inverse enthalpy method settings

* Added restart file for hydrogen test case

* Restored solution file for non-eq cylinder test case

* Re-set flow meta data file for restart

* Updated flamelet solution file to a smaller size
