[Feature Request] Tab Grouping & Tab Saving

Problem description

Request Features:

1. Tab Grouping, which can group project tabs into groups with collapse & expand grouped projects.
2. Tab Saving, which can dump current project tabs sessions to a Sublime Merge save file. The save file can be loaded to restore opened project tabs.
