UI Delegation Issue

While caught up, funded, and without issue. Delegation was still unavailable through indexer page.

However when browsing to the actual profile page I was able to approve and delegate to myself.

Above is another indexer that appears to be displaying the same behavior. ^^

After I delegated through profile page my delegate button on indexer overview page is now functioning.
