Use active pen and touch pressure sensitivity

Some systems have a touchscreen with a pressure measurement estimated from the width of the touched area,

Some systems have an active pen with integrated host controller that delivers pressure, and one or more modifier buttons such as erasure.

Paint does not currently use this data to set line width or choose tool action.
