Description

The yellow notification badge in the News section on the "Load More Articles" button is partially clipped at the top-right corner.

How To Reproduce

1. Go to News section on SugarLabs.org.
2. Scroll down to button which says "Load More Articles".
3. See the yellow notification badge on the top-right corner which is partially clipped.

Expected behaviour

The notification badge needs to be adjusted such that it is not clipped.
