➕(frontend) updated dependencies and added new packages

Added several new dependencies to the `package.json` file, including
`@dnd-kit/core`, `@dnd-kit/modifiers`, `@fontsource/material-icons`, and
`@gouvfr-lasuite/ui-kit`.
