Can't see the name associated when selection

Problematic behavior
A user reported that on his doc another user had selected the whole text so it was a bit unreadable and problematic bcse it was a public doc

Expected behavior/code
When a user selects I should be able to see the name associated to the cursor so I can ask the person to close the tab or unselect.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open a public doc with edit access
2. Select the whole text on a private nav tab
3. Go back to your session, see that you can't see the name (in this case "Anonymous") associated with the selection
