Issue with copy paste emoji in title

Problematic behavior
When I copy paste an emoji as the first character in the document title of a sub-doc. I get the Emoji twice as Icon and in the title.

Expected behavior/code
The emoji in the title and the emoji of the subdoc should be seperate.

Environment

• Docs version: 3.9
• Instance url: docs.numerique.gouv.fr

Possible Solution
Do not use the emoji in the title to give an icon to the document.
