Display order of docs in the trashbin #1593

Problematic behavior
The docs are displayed in function of the number of days remaining to restore the doc.
This is not intuitive for me
Expected behavior/code
I'd expect to see the last document I deleted first. So the reverse to how it is today.
Steps to Reproduce
Environment
- Docs version: 3.9
- Instance url: docs.numerique.gouv.fr
Possible Solution
Show last deleted document first.
