Implement "Go to Start" Arrow Button

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users often find themselves scrolling down long pages and may need a quick way to return to the top. Currently, there's no dedicated button for this purpose, forcing users to manually scroll back up.

Describe the solution you'd like
Introduce an arrow button that, when clicked, smoothly scrolls the page to the very top. The button should be visually prominent and easily accessible, preferably positioned in the bottom right corner.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Manual scrolling: While this is currently the only option, it can be time-consuming and frustrating for users on long pages.
Browser functionality: Some browsers offer built-in options to go to the top of the page, but these are not always easily discoverable or consistent across platforms.
Additional context
A "Go to Start" arrow button would enhance user experience by providing a convenient and efficient way to navigate long pages. It could also be styled to match the overall design aesthetic of the website or application.
