Thank you for the code.

While running preprocess.py, I have a question about the argument parameter 'use_10_labitems' in ehr_processor.py line 99.
Where does the variable come from?

Hi, thanks for asking!

Actually, the argument use_10_labitems is not used in the main workflow for now.
We first trained and tested the model with the 10 most frequent lab items before moving on to all 44 lab items.

I’ll clean up the code to avoid any confusion.
