conversational-react-description agent is unavailable

The JS version of this code of this documentation page, https://langchain.readthedocs.io/en/latest/modules/memory/examples/conversational_agent.html, does not work because the `conversational-react-description` agent is unavailable. Is it possible to port all of Langchain Python's agents to Langchain JS?
