This does not work on either my laptop or desktop. It's broken 

I have a desktop with an AMD Ryzen 7 7700x / RX 6800, and I have a laptop with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H / RTX 3060. Doesn't start on either machine. When I try to start, a white screen pops up and then closes a few moments later with no popup window or anything.
